Our second offering, Affordable Housing Fund II, is now open for investment. This fund provides accredited investors access to ground-up affordable housing development across Lee and Charlotte Counties through a joint venture with one of the nation’s top residential land developers.
The fund raises $2 million in mezzanine capital to finance the development of 60 duplexes and 20 single-family homes designed for long-term rental performance. Investors receive a 20% annual preferred return, paid quarterly, with principal repayment targeted within 24 months.
No sponsor fees are paid until investor principal and preferred returns have been satisfied — ensuring true alignment of incentives.
