Panther Construction Origins:

Panther Construction was founded by SFR industry veterans and rental owners native to the market we serve. We keep the majority of the product we build and only sell when needed for cash flow. After buying or building over 36,000 units for Wallstreet owners starting in 2009 and living through 14 years of renovation, leasing, management, maintenance and turn over operations, we decided to build the product we wanted to own for ourselves, our friends and our team members.

Our products are designed as if we will personally own them for the next 30 years. Every design decision is made with leaseability, durability and replaceability in mind. We deliver a move in ready product with every fan, fixture and appliance needed for occupancy.
